Koji Tokuda; CEO Fusion Reactor LLC Venture Capitalist, Technology & Financial Consultant, International Business Creator Koji is the founder of Fusion Reactor and helping various kinds of businesses of Technology companies(IT, Nano-technology and bio-technology), private equity investment(M&A Corporate Venture Capital), financial IT developing, headhunting and Media. Previously, Koji was one of the founding members of Alternative Investment Capital (AIC), a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and Daido Life Insurance Company and served as vice president in charge of investment from 2002 to 2004. He jointed Mitsubishi Corporation Capital in 2000 as a private equity investment manager. Koji surveyed technology and markets in IT and biotechnology fields.  From 1995 to 2000, Koji was an investment manager and an incubation manager of Sanwa Bank (Currently, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group) and Sanwa Capital (Currently, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital). He has success in many  investments including 'Future System Consulting' , 'ACCESS' (both of them are more than 1,000 times-return) and so on. He generated tremendous performance by focusing on companies having promising & unique technologies. From 1993, he was an M&A manager in the field of technology and from 1990, he served as a consultant of Sanwa Research Institute (Currently, Mitsubishi UFJ Research & Consulting) in the area of IT consulting for electronic power company, airlines and restructuring for system integrater. In 1988 he joined Sanwa Bank and in charge of corporate loan for middle and small companies. Koji majored nuclear engineering at The University of Tokyo and his study was "Fusion Reactor".
